Special note: the Blitz tournament uses blitz ratings. The registration site will automatically determine your eligibility for the U1600 section based on your regular rating. If your blitz rating is below 1600 and you wish to play in the U1600 section, but your regular rating is above 1600, then please register on-line for the Open section, and if you notify the Chief TD, you can be moved to the U1600 section. Such notifications can be provided either by e-mail to stevehoisington789@hotmail.com or by notification to the Chief TD during the on-site registration period.

If you register for both the Quick and Blitz tournaments together at the special rate, but your regular and blitz rating fall in different rating sections (e.g., your regular rating is above 1600 and you want to play in the Open section while your blitz rating is under 1600 and you want to play in the U1600 section), you can notify the Chief TD to correct the section entry by sending an email or at the on-site registration period.

If you'd like to request byes, please do so by sending the Chief TD an email at stevehoisington789@hotmail.com. Or by notifying the Cheif TD during the onsite-registration period.
